Dafna is an executive coach and team facilitator who specializes in behavioral change, development of authentic leadership, and building positive and productive team dynamics.

As an executive coach and team facilitator at The Harvard Business School, Dafna is known for her direct approach to goal-setting, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and creating actionable plans for overcoming obstacles on the path to success. In her coaching practice, she helps her clients navigate the challenges of leading global organizations by building leadership teams that create meaningful work environments and bridge functional and cultural gaps.  

In addition to executive coaching, Dafna also has a passion for strength training and fitness coaching. She believes strongly in the integration of physical, emotional and mental transformation for the most comprehensive and effective personal and professional development.

Dafna obtained her Law degree and Israeli Bar Association certification in Israel, and holds an MBA from the Olin School of Business at Babson College where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
