Merav is a licensed occupational psychologist, specializing in career therapy in a Cognitive Behavioral approach. She has over 20 years experience working in the field of people assessment and development in both civilian and military sectors and across diverse occupational domains.
Throughout her career, Merav worked as a senior psychologist in several psychological institutes and was part of the founding and management team of a Career Development Center in the Ort Braude College of Engineering.
Today, Merav practices occupational psychology in the private sector. In addition to her work at Synthesis, she diagnoses and assesses senior military officers, lectures at the academy, and conducts workshops for professionals in Career Therapy.
Merav graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Arts and a Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology from the University of Haifa.
