Ruth’s concentration is on executive development, team effectiveness and organizational change. Her primary focus is in using interpersonal dynamics as a lever to create organizational, team and individual effectiveness. She also works more broadly in organizations focusing on leadership program design and delivery, organizational design and change management programs. Ruth has 26 years of experience in business operations, strategy consulting, organizational development and executive development.
Ruth received her MBA from Wharton and her BA in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Michigan State University.
