Shirley is an executive coach and organizational development consultant specializing in growth technology companies. Throughout her career, she has helped thousands of senior executives, high potential leaders and leadership teams from global companies create more value. In addition, Shirley has worked as an executive coach at HBS Executive Education for the last decade. Using her vast knowledge in applying psychological methods to business settings and her extensive coaching experience, Shirley writes coaching curricula and teaches executive coaches.
Shirley is trained in systems thinking, design thinking and agile software development. She discovered that applying agile principles to people development is highly effective and uses this methodology in her coaching engagements and as the basis for Synthesis’ leadership development and coaching processes.
Shirley holds a Law and Economics Bachelor’s degree from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
