Tal is a licensed clinical psychologist. She acquired most of her training as a psychologist in the Israeli Air Force. In this capacity, she worked with high level commanders consulting them on personnel recruitment, rapid assessment of the suitability of soldiers to various units, and ways of coping with crisis situations. Tal is very experienced in personality diagnostics and treating a wide range of personal conditions.
Before her becoming a psychologist in the Air Force, Tal served as commander of an Officers’ Training Course, developing young soldier’s leadership capabilities. Recently, she worked in the humanitarian field, developing leadership in the eastern Caribbean islands. Today, Tal works as a psychologist in private practice.
Tal graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communication from Tel Aviv University. She graduated cum laude with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Ruppin Academic Center.
